Kenny is honest, courteous, professional! Great service and very knowledgeable. Our fireplace stopped working and Kenny was referred to us by our realtor. We were recommended to Genesis Chimney Services by professional contractors that have earned our trust 100%. Kenny responded immediately to my phone call and came out to our house a few days later. He was totally honest, telling us that what I initially brought him out for was perfectly fine. He took some pictures and made some other suggestions which we had them perform. Ever and Johan came out twice to complete the projects. They were professional, respectful, and did meticulous work, all at a reasonable charge. . Other neighbors have since sought out Genesis for their work. I recommend Genesis Chimney Services with 100% confidence. Kenny is the best! Kenny + crew were professional and did a great job of walking me through the process. The entire team was so kind to me, which I appreciated as a first time homeowner trying to understand my gas fireplace. When I had a concern with my fireplace a few days after the service, they were quick to come back and give me immediate peace of mind. Highly recommend using Genesis!
